Legal Notification: Bank Branch and/or ATM location information, which may be delivered to the consumers (users) within the scope of the Application, shall not cover including, but not limited to the the cases, where the relevant Branch/ATM is under construction, ATM/Branch is temporarily or permanently closed, ATM is disabled by card jam, or ATM is lacking of money. In such cases Parties shall in no way bear any responsibility.
